MEET DR. PEGGY
As a licensed pharmacist with years of experience in traditional healthcare settings, I grew increasingly concerned about the overuse of addictive medications and the devastating consequences of drug interactions and opioid overdose. Witnessing this firsthand led me to question the very system I was part of.
After years of doubt and seeing patients suffer, I made a life-changing decision: to open a holistic, medication-free pharmacy focused on healing—not masking—pain. That vision became Hempeutics Pharmacy, a board-certified compounding pharmacy with no pharmaceutical medications on site. At that time, we specialized in personalized,
compliant cannabinoid, mushroom, and herbal formulations for both humans and pets helping people transition off addictive medications and regain their quality of life naturally. From pain and anxiety to chronic conditions, our plant-based therapies were designed to address root causes,not just symptoms.
Later, when the Board of Pharmacy pressured me to begin dispensing pharmaceuticals again, I made the decision to transform the pharmacy into a clinical compounding practice. Today, I continue to formulate personalized cannabinoid, mushroom, and herbal therapies in a compliant, medication-free setting. My work remains focused on helping both people and animals find effective, natural relief through evidence-based, custom formulations.
In addition to patient care, I collaborate with wellness professionals and entrepreneurs to develop high-quality, targeted formulations for their brands.
